    Open your Google Form in the editor and click the 🔔 FormBell menu → Open FormBell.

    Click "New workflow" to create a notification for this form.

    Choose one or more channels and configure each one:

    • Email — enter the recipient addresses, or pull them from an answer.
    • Slack, Discord, or Google Chat — paste your incoming webhook URL (or connect Slack).
    • SMS — add your Twilio credentials and the destination number.
    • Webhook — enter the URL where FormBell should POST the response.

    Optional: write a custom message template using answer markers, and add conditional rules so only matching responses trigger the notification.

    Save the workflow. FormBell installs a submit trigger on your form and notifies you automatically on every new response.

Troubleshooting

If notifications don't arrive, reopen FormBell and confirm the workflow is enabled and the submit trigger is installed. For Slack, Discord, or Google Chat, double-check the webhook URL is still valid.
