This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and subscription cancellations. By subscribing to any HomeDrop product, you agree to the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable Charges
All sales are final. Once an activation key is issued and the subscription period has begun, payments are non-refundable.
Your activation key will remain valid for the full duration of the licensed period.
Licenses are non-transferable and are tied to the original subscriber’s account.
2. Payment Authorization
By completing your purchase and accepting the activation key, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method or have obtained the necessary authorization.
All payments processed through our platform are considered authorized by the account holder.
3. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Claims
Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:
Suspension of current and future licenses
Revocation of any active keys
Permanent service restrictions
We will dispute unjustified chargebacks using activation records and customer-provided information.
4. Automatic Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand. By subscribing, you authorize our payment processor to charge your selected payment method at renewal.
Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions in time.
While we may send renewal reminders as a courtesy, we are not required to do so.
To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 3 days before your renewal date.
5. How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
Email us at support@homedrop.io with your license and account details.
Manage your subscription directly via your HomeDrop account dashboard (if available).
All cancellations must be submitted at least 3 days prior to renewal.
6. Refund Policy & Exceptions
Refunds are not issued after activation, with the exception of the following:
Billing errors (e.g., incorrect or duplicate charges)
To request a refund for billing errors:
Contact support@homedrop.io within 7 days of the charge.
Provide relevant transaction details for review.
7. Customer Responsibility
Before subscribing, we recommend testing any available trial or demo versions.
Subscribers should:
Review product features carefully
Keep payment methods current
