Open Google Sheets and click Extensions → Email Address Extractor → Open to launch the sidebar.

Enter a Gmail search query in the sidebar — for example a label name, a sender address, or any keyword that matches the messages you want to scan.

Choose the sheet and starting column where the extracted addresses will be written.

Click "Extract". The add-on scans all matching messages and writes every email address it finds to your chosen column.

Enable the Deduplicate option to automatically remove any repeated addresses before the results are written to your sheet.
