Avery® Label maker
How to print Avery® labels from Google Docs (Text & Image)
Create unlimited Avery labels for free. Use data from Google Sheets™️ to merge into a selected template in Google Docs™️.
To add an image to your labels, start by changing the font to "1". This helps maximize the image size while staying within the cell boundaries.
Click "Insert" > "Table" > "2x1". This will add a table inside the cell and make formatting much easier and cleaner.
Click the image icon to insert an image in the table. The uploaded image may increase the size of the cell. You must resize the image until the cell is back to its original size. The document will not be formatted correctly if the cell size is too large (or small).
Minimize (or maximize) the table column with the image to your desired width.
If you want to center your text in the label vertically, right click on the table column that does not contain the image. Click "Table properties" > "Cell" > "Cell vertical alignment" > "Middle".
Change the font size back to your desired size.
On the Add-On sidebar, use the "Sheet" dropdown to specify what sheet you want to use.
Use the "Column" dropdown to add a merge variable from the columns of your selected sheet.
Style your text as desired.
Highlight both the text and and image and click the table borders icon. Click "0pt" to remove the border around the table you inserted inside the label.
Click "Create labels"
