    Open DocFlow from Extensions → DocFlow → Open DocFlow on the sheet you want to automate.

    Open the AI builder and describe what should happen — for example, "When a new row is added, create a welcome doc and email it to the address in the Email column."

  3. 3

    DocFlow reads your sheet's column headers and a sample row, then generates a complete workflow plus a plain-English summary of what it will do.

    Review the generated tasks, adjust any field mappings, and save. Each AI build uses one AI credit.

Troubleshooting

If the AI build doesn't match what you wanted, make your description more specific about the trigger, the data to use, and each tool to run — then build again.
